Idol Season 8 Top 4 Fan Must Have Jul 14, 2009 By Holly & Alyson "Holly"
If you loved the Top 4 duets than you want to own the 5 song ep! I picked it up yesterday along with the Season 8 CD. As with that CD don't buy from the online sellers unless you don't have access to a Walmart store. This is another Walmart exclusive, and it can be purchased from Walmart for $5. On this disc you get the Kris/Danny duet and the Adam/Allison duet as well as one track each from Kris, Adam, and Danny. I highly recommend this ep as well as American Idol Season 8 CD to any fans of the show or any of the 2009 contestants.

I find it amazing that Adam Lamber did not win the American Idol last season. Listening to this CD just reminds me of how much better he is than the rest. His preference in partners does not matter to me at all. It's all about the music and ability and he has it above the rest.

There is only one reason why I got this album! Adam Lambert's rendition of "Mad World". I cannot think of any performance on American Idol over the past 6 seasons that I've watched that I like as well. I've heard the original version years ago, and THIS performance and arrangement blows it out of the universe!! My jaw dropped when he performed Mad World!! If he plays his cards right, he will eclipse every Idol winner from the show's inception! I don't care what his sexual orientation is. He is a master singer and a genius at musical arrangements!

Honestly the only reason i bought this was for Allisons duet with Adam, but i was plesantly surprised when i heard all the tracks. :)
so i didnt watch Idol last year but i did see a few episodes and i loved Allison! lol anyway
Kris and Dannys Duet i thought would be horrible but it was awesome!!!!
Adams song was amazing! (of course)
Kris song was ok nothing was great or horrible.
Danny was great considering im not a big fan of country music, but i really loved his version of the song.
and Allisons and Adams duet was AMAZING! it didnt let me down at all!! Adams and Allisons voices mix amazingly!!! The only thing i would change to this CD is that i wish they added Allisons top 4 performance but other then that I would deffintly recommend this CD, but try not to buy offline cuz 12.99 isnt worth 5 songs instead go to Wal-Mart and pick you up one! Theve Re-stocked them, I guess cuz ppl will buy the AI Season 9 Cd =) anyway i hope this helps =D
