Absolutely definitive guide for the newbie looking to get into Event Planning, or for the seasoned pro looking to brush up on his or her skills and stay competitive. Broken down into easy-to-digest chapters, the book can be read cover-to-cover, or referred to as a spot reference. Anyone affiliated w/ restaurants, corporations, or media groups responsible for planning (or hosting) events can learn something from this. Highly recommended!

Well, look no further, everything you need to know is right here in this well written book. It is clear and detailed, easy and fun to read. As the Vice President of my company, I planned many social functions with the help of this book, I used it repeatly, I would be lost without it. I also refer to it for my personal use, so whether the event is large or small, this is all you need. This book is unquestionably the most comprehensive book on event planning that I have ever seen in the market. Even if you are not looking at this as a career change, this book will still be all you need for any kind of event planning you have in mind. Excellent! Tons of ideas! Educational and interesting reading! I highly recommend it!
